The ANCC Magnet recognized UPMC Passavant is currently hiring a Full-Time Surgical SchedulingCoordinatortosupportthe surgical services department at the McCandless location. Salary will be based upon experience.
Shift Details:
- Monday - Friday daylight
- Shifts will be discussed further in the interview
Responsibilities:
- Make corrections from previous day in software.
- Print schedule and distribute to appropriate departments.
- Maintain daily communication with OR Unit Director.
- Choose and print appropriate preference cards for daily procedures.
- Communicate changes in schedule with appropriate department.
- Ensure accurate organization of surgical schedule.
- Communicate with physician offices related to scheduling process.
- Maintain block scheduling as appropriate.
