The Stujenske Lab uses mice to study the cognitive regulation of emotion. The lab uses state-of-the-art techniques to record and manipulate neural circuits including two photon calcium imaging, in vivo electrophysiology with high density probes, machine learning models, and optogenetics. The employee will be working on collecting neural circuit data in awake behaving mice, developing novel techniques for probing neural circuits, and/or analyzing high dimensional data. Preferably candidates would have prior experience with at least one of the following: working with mice in a research context, systems neuroscience techniques, engineering, or computer programming.Responsibilities:
