Job Description:

Ffortify is looking for a talented and experienced Video Production Specialist. The Video Production Specialist will be responsible for shooting and editing videos for social media short form content. On set you will be required to run camera and basic audio, as well as lighting. After the shoot you will handle the uploading and backing up of assets. In editing you will follow company or client standards to edit, create subtitles and graphics, and add sound design. This role also requires interfacing with clients, and communicating with teammates promptly during all phases pre-production through post-production.

• Hybrid work schedule. 3 days in-office in Orem, UT. 2 days remote
• Potential need to travel for shoots with out of state clients once or twice a quarter
• We provide all the shooting and editing equipment but you’re welcome to use your own. No bonus or rental fee provided for using your own equipment.

Qualifications:

• College degree or 3 years full time work experience in video production
• Knowledge of social media trends
• Solid all-around skill set surrounding digital media

Required Skills:

• Experienced and fast editor in Premiere Pro
• Use of MOGRTs, plug-ins, presets, and subtitle features inside Premiere
• Sound design in Premiere
• Color correction in Premiere
• DSLR and Black Magic camera operation
• Production lighting
• Production audio
• Ability to direct clients, conversate with them, and provide content ideas as a member of the team
• Assets management and organization
• Be able to keep in constant communication with teammates and managers about projects and clients
