Job Title: Revenue Operations Analyst, GTM Systems
Reports To: Sales Operations Manager / Head of Sales
Job Grade: P1/2

Position Summary
As the Revenue Operations Analyst, Business Systems at UpKeep, you will oversee the administration and enhancement of our revenue operations technology stack, including Salesforce, Gong, Apollo, Totango, Pardot, and other supporting systems. Your responsibilities will center on system configuration, process integration, and ensuring efficient operations across sales, marketing, and customer success. This role demands a blend of technical expertise and strategic planning to support our go-to-market teams and enhance our business processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Salesforce, experience with system integrations, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder needs in a dynamic environment.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary system administrator for Salesforce and other critical revenue operations technologies.
  • Manage integrations and process alignments between Salesforce, our financial system, and other internal systems/software.
  • Oversee all administrative functions including user account maintenance, security settings, reports and dashboards, and routine system audits.
  • Develop and optimize workflows, custom objects, and automation to enhance user experience and process efficiency.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for users, promoting system adoption and literacy across the organization.
  • Collaborate with finance, sales, marketing and customer success teams to ensure system functionalities align with business needs.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality and system performance through proactive monitoring and regular updates.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to support business objectives and system enhancements.
  • Responsible for managing the Salesforce case queue of inbound support needs from internal stakeholders; prioritizing and managing the case process in a scrum-style format to ensure clear updates to stakeholders and team members.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certified Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-201) is mandatory.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role within a technology-driven business environment.
  • Proficient in managing Salesforce and other sales and marketing automation platforms like Totango, Gong, Apollo, and Pardot.
  • Extensive experience with system integrations (Salesforce, Census, GTM Softwares)
  • Strong skills in advanced data manipulation with Google Sheets/Excel
  • Strong skills in APEX/SQL are a plus

Knowledge

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration capabilities.
  • Effective time management and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to implement and manage new systems and processes within a growing organization.

This role will receive a competitive base salary benefits equity. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.The pay range for this role is:
$110,000 - $115,000 USD per year
