The Engineering Manager oversees a team dedicated to the design and manufacturing of stamped and fabricated metal parts. This role encompasses leadership in project management, production, operation, repair, and maintenance of equipment while ensuring alignment with organizational best practices. The manager guides projects, optimizing the use of modeling and manufacturing tools, and fosters collaborative efforts among mechanical engineers to achieve project completion.
