About the Role
As a Gummy Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our gummies meet our strict quality standards while maintaining efficiency and safety. You’ll be part of a dynamic team focused on producing top-notch products that bring joy to consumers worldwide.
About You
Ideally you will have experience with gummy cooking and production and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
· Support and assist in prepping for the day’s production schedule.
· Perform/Assist in the process of batching, cooking, depositing, and processing of gummy products.
· Ensure all documentation including batch records, logbooks, and other official batch related documentation has been completed on time, and accurately.
· Feed and maintain raw ingredients into mixers, kettles, depositors, tumblers, or other manufacturing equipment.
· Perform pre-weighing, batching, curing, and bulk packaging of manufactured products.
· Assure that assignments are completed within schedules and according to SOPs.
· Assists with end of day cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and utensils.
· Ensures daily communication between shift leads and supervisors during shift transitions.
· Follows/adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Standard Safety Practices, and all company policies/procedures at all times.
· Prep cooking area for following day’s production schedule.
· Completes other projects and duties assigned by management.
· Other duties as assigned.
Skills
· Demonstrates the ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions and solve problems immediately.
· Ability to follow step by step written instructions with a fine attention to detail.
· Basic knowledge of food safety principles.
· Work well within a team environment.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
