Summary of Position with General Responsibilities:

Warehouse Lead is responsible for a wide variety of warehouse activities.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist in daily warehouse receiving and shipping
• Maintain a productive work team
• Maintain and promote a high standard of customer service
• Adhere to customer and company standards
• Interpret company policies and enforce safety regulations
• Maintain effective internal control over product flow and inventory
• Maintain adherence to customer and company standards to allow accurate, timely and safe handling of goods.
• Inventory Management
• Act as a coach/mentor to develop team members

Basic Qualifications:

• Forklift
• Knowledge of warehouse operations
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate work
• Proficient with computers
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating procedures and maintain instructions

Education and/or Experience:

• Double forklift preferred

Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be in an open cubicle and/or normal office environment. Candidate must be able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
