Job Description

Rent-A-Center Franchise

Our RAC Team is looking to hire a bi-lingual C ustomer A ccount R epresentative Delivery Specialist for our locally owned and operated franchise store in Bay City located 4013 7th Street Bay City, TX 77414

Provide excellent leadership while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills in the performance of all duties and daily operations needed to operate a successful RENT-TO-OWN store.

Help and assist in all aspects of store including, but not limited to execution of programs, processes and procedures, customer growth, delinquency management, budgeting, product ordering, and P&L management.

SCHEDULE

40-hour work week with 1 day off during the week and Sundays.

EXPERIENCE

Retail or Rent-To-Own experience is a plus but not required.
