We’re on the lookout for new cleaning professionals for a position we have in our commercial cleaning department. This position offers nightly shifts Monday through Friday, with work times starting between 4:45 pm - 5:00 pm and ending between Midnight to 4 am.

Responsibilities:

• Washes windows and mirrors.
• Take out the trash and recycle.
• Wipes down and sanitizes surfaces.
• Cleans sanitizes, and stocks restrooms.
• Follows instructions from Captain (team lead).
• Sweeps, mops, polishes, and vacuum floors.
• Uses common cleaning tools.
• Organizes the janitor closet and stores all supplies and tools.
• Completes minor repairs (if needed).
• Notifies the Captain when major repairs are needed.
• Fills out janitorial checklists at the end of every shift.
• Locks the doors at the end of night shifts.
• Follow safety rules and precautions.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check (required)
• Own or have access to reliable transportation with valid insurance (required)
• Own a cell phone (preferably a smartphone) that allows you to be contacted reliably
• Comfortably lift 40 lbs. without risk of injury.
• Be available for on call if needed.
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
