Solar Technician
Location: Centralia, MS
Pay: Depending on experience $17-$28 (Looking for at least 1 year solar or strong electrical background)
We are seeking a skilled Solar Technician to join our team. As a Solar Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining solar energy systems for utility solar farm sites.
Duties:
- Troubleshoot solar panels, inverters, and racking systems according to design specifications
- Perform electrical wiring and connection of solar energy systems
- Conduct system testing to ensure proper functionality
- Troubleshoot and repair solar energy systems as needed
- Replace inverters, MC4 connectors, etc
- Diagnose issues
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during installation and maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns
Requirements:
- Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations
- Troubleshooting experience
- Expertise in low/high voltage systems
- Proficiency in electrical work, including wiring and connections
