Core Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining all protocols for proper storage of garments
• Prepare garments for storage and delivery including but not limited steaming, folding, bagging, unpacking and boxing. 
• Prepare garments for delivery according to company standards and client requests
• Maintain high level of quality controls including verification of client requests and outgoing deliveries
• Partner with the Wardrobe Management team closely on any client needs, data verification, or special requests 
• Perform routine audits and other data management activities 
• Other duties as assigned by Manager 

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience handling garments or fashion/garment care industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with computer and digital asset management software, adaptable to learning new systems
• Attention to detail and a team player mentality 
• Strong understanding of client service and willingness to support client needs
• Adapts to changing circumstances and client requests 
• Ability to carry 40 pounds of varying size and shape up to a distance of 90 feet
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
