Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and develop retail staff to enhance their skills and product knowledge
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve store targets
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock replenishment
- Handle cash register operations and perform cash handling duties

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales goals
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Knowledge of shift management and scheduling procedures
- - Multilingual skills are a plus
