Conducting assessments involves gathering information about the client's behavior through observation, interviews, and standardized tests.
Developing Treatment Plans

This data is used to track progress towards the goals outlined in the treatment plan, and to make adjustments as needed. The BCBA must be skilled in data collection and analysis in order to ensure that the treatment plan is effective.
Collaboration with Other Professionals
Finally, a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) must be able to work collaboratively with other professionals who may be involved in the client's care. This could include doctors, therapists, and other healthcare providers. The BCBA must be able to communicate effectively with these individuals and ensure that everyone is working together towards the same goals.
