Tu misión
- Maestr@ de la Venta: No se trata solo de vender joyas, sino de ¡ser el/la mejor! Ayudarás a nuestros clientes a encontrar la pieza perfecta, ofreciendo un servicio personalizado que supere sus expectativas.
- Objetivos con Propósito: Trabajarás con KPI’s, objetivos individuales y grupales donde tu desempeño y el de tu equipo será la clave para nuestro éxito común. Te daremos las herramientas necesarias y celebraremos cada victoria juntos.
- Líder de Equipo: Construye y desarrolla un equipo estelar, promoviendo un ambiente de aprendizaje continuo, compañerismo y motivación. ¡Serás el ejemplo a seguir!
- Cuidado del Espacio: Nuestra tienda es nuestro templo y tu rol es clave para mantenerlo impecable: apertura/cierre, limpieza, visual merchandising y mucho más. ¡No te aburrirás!
- Gestión de Stock e Inventarios: Controla el stock con precisión y estrategias proactivas para garantizar las mejores ventas.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Experiencia previa de al menos 2 años en retail gestionado equipos, trabajando con atención personalizada y con objetivos de venta.
- Nivel de inglés avanzado imprescindible
- Flexibilidad horaria para trabajar de lunes a domingo.
- Una persona con alta orientación al cliente, a la consecución de objetivos y con gran motivación por crecer y desarrollar su carrera profesional.
