SUMMARY:
- Provides high quality product & service in all food and beverage operations
- Exemplifies excellent customer service, manages service delivery and helps to create a positive atmosphere for guest and fellow associates
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company and brand standards
- Serve food courses and beverages to guests following the specific steps of service set by brand standards
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner
- Answer guest questions on menu selections
- Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, recook orders, product availability, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests
- Prepare and serve all beverages per the company use record or standard
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages
- Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service
- Follow all food safety practices that are in place
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures and following the sanitizing schedule
