Project ECHO has a unique opportunity for a Program Specialist to effectively oversee the day-to-day operations of new ECHO programs for Diabetes Health Equity along the US-Mexico border as well as to support the Diabetes/ Multiple Chronic Conditions ECHO as part of the PCORI controlled trial. This position will be part of the New Mexico Diabetes Programs/ Latin America team.

As a Program Specialists you will play an instrumental role in bringing together hundreds of medical professionals and providers to share best practices. The Program Specialist’s primary focus will be to:

·Plan and implement new programs in coordination with Program Manager and medical director

·Ensure that communication with participants is completed quickly and efficiently from the internal e-mail inbox.

·Oversee the coordination and collection of monthly, quarterly, and final reports for each program

·Assemble compiled datainto marketing materials in order to demonstrate the growth of the Diabetes ECHO programs

·Act as the primary point of contact for administrative questions during the Diabetes/PCORI ECHO program sessions.

·Directly ensure timely and accurate collection of data and other deliverables for goals of programs, entering data into proper database system, and creation of required reports.

·Troubleshoot problems and find solutions to ensure a successful ECHO session.
