Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technician to join our successful Recycling equipment company.

As a Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Balers and related recycling equipment.

If you have a never give up attitude and are willing to problem-solve until you find the best solution for the customer, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Use your expertise and diagnostic abilities to evaluate hydraulic, electrical, or mechanical issues on machinery.
• Assist with establishing service procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols.
• Carry out routine preventative maintenance services such as filter changes, wearable part inspections, and damaged part replacements.
• Conduct in-depth machinery inspections of all systems, including hydraulic, electrical, and safety components.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build rapport with site operators and managers.
• Convey necessary machine repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications

• Proficient Mechanical Skills
• Basic Rigging Knowledge
• Proficient Welding Experience (Preferred)
• Advanced Safety Awareness
• Detail Oriented
• Advanced Communication Skills
• Computer Literacy (Emails, Excel, Job Reports, Etc.)
• Physical Stamina (Lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods of time, and working in various environmental conditions)
• Travel (Within the US, Mandatory)
• Strong customer service and communications skills are required.
