Duties:

• Manages inventory, decontamination, assembly, and sterilization of surgical supplies and equipment.
• Independently oversees processes and serves as a resource to Central Processing customers.
• Adheres to WPH Performance Standards, Policies, and Behaviors.
• Attends staff meetings and completes annual competency requirements.
• Ensures proper handling, cleaning, and storage of instruments and equipment.
• Maintains sterilizers and verifies sterilization loads.
• Distributes and tracks medical supplies and equipment.
• Keeps work area clean and orderly.
• Provides assistance to customers and transports patients.
• Adheres to infection control protocols.
• Completes required Continuing Education Credits annually.

• CRCST Certification or CSPDT
