Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities within the facility
- Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs
- Supervise maintenance contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Oversee HVAC systems, industrial maintenance, low voltage systems, and electrical repairs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance management and project management
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, industrial maintenance, low voltage systems, and electrical repairs
