JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Operations Support Specialist supports the day to day business operations of a clinic by coordinating work activities, resolving problems and improving process in support of achieving the established Medical Group performance expectations. In addition to these responsibilities, the Operations Support Specialist must have an intense commitment to high level customer service, and the ability to foster that culture within the site they provide support to.

EDUCATION:

An Associates Degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

EXPERIENCE:

Three to five years experience, in an outpatient medical office.

SIGN ON BONUS:

External candidates who have not worked within the network in the past year are eligible for a hiring bonus of $5,000. The bonus will be paid out as a $2,000 gross pay adjustment following the completion of a successful 90-day orientation; the second installment of $3,000 will be paid upon completion of one year (2,080 hours) of service in the department hired into. Amounts reflect gross pay, prior to applicable tax withholdings and deductions required by law.
