This position is eligible for shift differentials:

Per Diem: $2.00 per hour

Evening: $3.00 per hour

Night: $5.00 per hour

Weekend $2.00 per hour (in addition to any applicable evening or night differentials)

Job SummaryThe Licensed Nursing Assistant is responsible for working collaboratively under the direction of the Staff Nurse to deliver basic personal care support and specific aspects of patient care. Responsive communication, respect, and support to our residents is the central feature of this position.

Requirements:

  • State of Vermont LNA license
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work respectfully and successfully as a member of a team

Unit Information

Memory Care is designed to meet the changing needs of individuals as they experience the progression of symptoms and increases in cognitive loss associated with a diagnosis of dementia. Our early-stage program offers activity-based care in a warm, supportive and safe environment with a primary goal of helping individuals maintain dignity, purpose and functional ability. This highly specialized unit is staffed with very dedicated advocates and team members. Residents in this unit are the most vulnerable, usually unable to advocate for themselves.
