*Full-time and part-time positions available!* Full-time is a commitment of 36 hours/week (3 12-hour shifts), and part-time is 24 hours/week (2 12-hour shifts). At this time we do not offer per diem for this role. Currently we have openings for our day shift (7 am - 7:30 pm).
Please note, the schedule for this position does change on a weekly basis and will require you to work different days of the week/weekend.
The pay rate for this role starts at $20.00/hr and is based on experience. It's also eligible for a Resource differential of $2.55/hour on top of your starting rate.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Clinical Patient Safety Attendant (CPSA) is responsible for specific aspects of direct patient care and monitoring focused of safety, under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.
The CPSA commits to providing and maintaining a safe and caring environment for our patients, their families, and our colleagues while promoting physical, emotional, psychological and cognitive wellbeing. The CPSA fulfills this purpose by:
- Upholding a professional and compassionate demeanor
- Providing individualized, evidence-based, therapeutic interventions to address specific safety needs
- Being an active member of and contributor to the interdisciplinary team
- Utilizing safe, timely, effective, equitable, efficient and patient-centered communication
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of AS degree in health care, mental health or human services related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Previous health care experience preferred
Pro-ACT crisis intervention training preferred
