The Athletic Training Department at Plymouth State University (PSU) invites applications for an Associate Athletic Trainer position. We seek a dynamic professional to assist in providing healthcare to athletes from 25 Division III athletic teams while acting as a Preceptor for students in our 3 plus 2 accredited Master's athletic training program.

* Provide comprehensive health care and clinical coverage of assigned teams, to include Emergency care/First aid/CPR.
* Educate athletes in regards to injury/nutrition/health/drug testing/skin issues.
* Conduct baseline concussion evaluations for all assigned teams.
* Provide diverse treatment and rehabilitation options for student athletes.
* Work in conjunction with team MD and/or other allied health professionals.
* Organize and maintain athlete medical records (hard copy and electronically).
* Update and maintain Athletic Training policies and procedures.
* Order and maintain athletic training room supplies/inventory/clean environment for 20-plus collegiate athletic programs
* Supervise Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainers.
* Preceptor for athletic training students.
* Conduct educational proficiencies and mid/final semester evaluations.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
