Overview: Since 1886, University Settlement has been providing a variety of effective and strengths-based community based programs for children. Currently, the Settlement operates after-school programs for elementary and middle school children at several sites in Brooklyn and Manhattan. These programs provide academic support; artistic, athletic, cultural, and athletic enrichment; therapeutic services; and opportunities for family involvement. They serve approximately 1,000 children from kindergarten through 8th grade, after school and during school vacations, and approximately 500 children in summer day camps.
Responsibilities:
Monitor daily paper attendance and input attendance into DYCD Connect
Input participant applications in DYCD Connect
Assist Site Manager to ensure all paper timesheets are turned in on-time and entered into e-time
Assist Site Manager in organizing, maintaining, and distributing program supplies to group leaders
Be a support system to the group leaders when Site Manager is off-site
Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned by Site Manager
Complete other relevant duties such as placing program supply orders and planning events and field trips assigned Site Manager
Qualification:
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 1:00-6:00pm
