Univeristy Physicians Association is looknig for a full time Medical Records/Fax Specialist for Edmunds Gastroenterology office. 

Job duties listed below:

· Works closely with healthcare staff to ensure maintenance and accountability for offender health records to support continuity of care.

· working within an electronic medical record, scanning medical health records, processing requests for records, and other duties as assigned. 

· sorting faxes and moving them to the correct staff member

· Candidates must have a passion for helping people and be able to work alone as well as part of a team.

· Enhances practice reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
