Required: | Bachelor's degree Knowledge of career development process and current industry trends Excellent presentation skills along with strong oral and written communication skills Ability to use a variety of technologies in program delivery Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion |
Preferred: | Master's Degree in related field Direct experience working in an area of career development in higher education Knowledge of learning outcomes and processes of an experiential learning program for students Experience with employer engagement and outreach |
