The College of Engineering (CoE) consists of nine academic departments and 40 research centers, which along with the Dean's Office, has 2800 faculty, academic staff, university staff, employees in training, graduate, and undergraduate employees. It has an annual operating budget of $215M from multiple funding sources. The College has nine buildings totaling approximately 820,045 square feet from which it operates its classroom instruction, instructional and research laboratories, and administrative offices.
This position will work within the college's facility group and work closely with the staff in this group. It will also work with Facilities Planning and Management, vendors, faculty, staff, and students to ensure that projects are being executed as specified. It will have a heavy focus in CADD specific to supporting the needs of project design and maintaining college CADD standards. A portion of time will be spent supporting projects in various capacities. Design support will include following college standards for procurement of Fixtures, Furnishing and Equipment (FF&E). Finally, the position will collaborate with other groups within the CoE to include Safety, Building Managers, Department Administrators, Lab Managers, etc. This position reports to the Associate Director for Facilities. This position has the potential for future growth and advancement with successful progression of job tasks.

* Proficient with AutoCAD required.
* Proficient with Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) preferred.
