Position Summary
Residence Life is seeking applications to fill a Custodian Lead position. This position is designed to assist with custodial coverage on the UW-La Crosse campus in academic buildings, residence halls or university centers.
This position is responsible for daily cleaning including dusting, mopping, trash removal, and minor repair of equipment.
In addition, this position will assist with moving projects which requires the ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Custodian Lead positions assist the Custodial Services Supervisors in training new employees, planning assignments for adequate coverage and inspecting campus buildings to ensure established cleaning standards are met.
Specific duties, areas of responsibility, work hours and schedule are assigned on a position by position basis.
