Work Schedule :

This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position that is scheduled to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Bring your expertise to UW Health and oversee and manage the workforce planning team.

We are seeking a Director, Workforce Strategy to:

Build and foster partnerships with organizational leaders on workforce planning strategy and resourcing requirements.

Prepare executive level reports and presentations.

Establish best in class processes and standard practices for the entire workforce planning function to enable each leader to tailor workforce planning by each operational area.

Lead change management processes.

Education :

Minimum – Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area such as healthcare administration, business administration or human resources management

Preferred – Master’s degree in a relevant subject area such as business administration, leadership development, human resource management or organizational development

Work Experience :

Minimum – Five (5) years relevant leadership and management experience

Preferred – Experience in a large academic or complex health program; experience in complex industry or organization; experience with talent, human capital or strategy consulting

Licenses and Certifications :

Preferred – PHR, SPHR or SHRM-CP
