Primary Purpose and Essential Functions:
The Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy at the University of the Pacific invites applications for a part-time, non-tenure track position as a part-time instructor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice to assist with instruction in our integrated clinical sciences courses.
Provide lecture-based instructions to students in a method that is effective for the topic at hand
Develop discussion and additional learning opportunities to help facilitate and solidify learning
Maintain responsiveness with students and co-faculty on the team during courses taught to ensure communication is maintained during the entirety of the course
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be licensed as a Registered Pharmacist in California. Pharm.D.
Preferred Qualifications:Preferred Qualifications:
Board certification in the area of expertise.
Residency and/or fellowship or equivalent experience in the area of instruction.
