Salary Range: Commensurate with education, experience and qualifications.

Essential Functions
Function:
Under minimal supervision the person is responsible for development and maintenance of large scale applications and databases by evaluating client needs; analyzing requirements; developing and maintaining new and existing software systems to support achieving university business requirements. Manage existing SSIS/SSRS packages and build new SSIS/SSRS packages.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four year college or university within area of assigned responsibility.
• Three or more years of experience in enterprise application development, analysis, systems design, and programming using OOP techniques and full project lifecycle.
• Technical training and/or experience may be substituted for a degree on a year for year basis.
• Good communication, teamwork, testing and documentation skills.
• Three years of experience developing stored procedures, functions and packages using MS SQL 2012.
• Three years' experience developing using .net, c#, or other scripting languages.
• Three years' experience developing, troubleshooting and maintaining SSIS and SSRS processes
• Ability to manage midsize enterprise level project development.
• Proficiency with systems design, programming, data processing and scripting.
• Personal computer and standard office equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing and supporting ERP systems like Banner(Student) , Peoplesoft etc..
• Advanced knowledge of SSIS design and deployment.

Working Conditions
Working Conditions:

• Work performed in an office environment with occasional work in a data processing environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear with or without reasonable accommodations.
• The employee is occasionally required to stand or walk.
• The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 40 pounds.

This position will be primarily located:
Hybrid-Occasionally: Primarily works remotely, but may work on campus on an infrequent basis (approximately four days or less per month). Travel and parking expenses are the employee's responsibility. Applicants must be adaptable and open to working in both environments.
