Position Summary:

Oversees all daily construction operations to include oversight of construction work in the field, provides supervision to construction staff team members, establishing work priorities, identifying and resolving supply problems, and maintaining a productive work environment. Monitors performance of staff, provides feedback, and schedules assignments/adjusts workload as needed. Coordinates with other departments to ensure that projects are clean, safe, and performs in a cost-efficient manner. Communicates clearly, accurately, and in a timely manner to achieve department and hospital objectives.

Position Qualification:

High School Diploma or GED

3 years Construction Supervisor and Construction Job Scheduling Required

Years of Experience can be related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
