Statement of Job :
The University of Southern Maine is seeking applicants for the position of Client Experience Coordinator in the Office of Professional Development Programs (PDP).
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong administrative and customer service skills.
The Client Experience Coordinator will play an important role in supporting USM’s by assisting with course set up and delivery, instructor onboarding, information dissemination, and marketing / promotion.
The Coordinator will be the technical expert regarding various systems PDP utilizes and will be responsible for effectively leveraging these systems to execute program deliverables and ensure a positive experience for clients, students, and instructors.
This is a full-time, in-person position with an annual salary of $42,. This position will be primarily located on the USM Portland campus.
