Temporary Part-time Purchasing Supplier Diversity Analyst - 20 Hours/Wk

University of Rochester is seeking an outstanding Supplier Diversity Analyst to join the Corporate Purchasing’s Supplier Diversity Team (Team). The Team is responsible for University’s Supplier Diversity Program, Grant support, Sustainable Procurement, Supplier Risk Management and Supplier Compliance. The ideal candidate will support Director, Supplier Diversity (Director) on the day-to day activities. The candidate will report to the Director.

Part-time Supplier Diversity Analyst for Temp Position at the University of Rochester!

Duties include but not limited to:

· Prepare Grants related to supplier diversity requirements

· Communicate with Diverse Suppliers and internal departments

· Collect and provide reports on required data and Information

· Participate and assist in local supplier diversity events

MUST BE AN OUTSTANDING COMMUNICATOR !

Prefer a BA/BS degree or practical experience in Supplier Diversity, Grant Support, Sustainable

Procurement, Compliance , Purchasing, and/or Supplier Risk Management

A degree in Finance, Business Management or Legal preferred

Proficient in MS Office Suites (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Specific Requirements:

• A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience in Supplier Diversity, Grant support, Sustainable Procurement, Compliance, Purchasing, and/or Supplier Risk Management.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
