Responsibilities
GENERAL PURPOSE:
Serves as the managing agent responsible for oversight in the various aspects of Property Management and Project Management that assures compliance with University standards, policies and procedures and contract documents. Facilitates and coordinates offsite leased properties, alterations and renovations (under $1 million), and special projects University-wide including the River Campus, Medical Center and affiliates.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of experience in property management and evaluationsor equivalent combination of education and experience required
Excellent communication, time management and enterprise software skills, Microsoft Office. Ability to resolve conflict disputes. Familiarity with building trades, EH&S principles and security preferred

Pay Range
Pay Range: $59,197 - $82,888 Annually
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined byconsidering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
