Responsibilities

This is a dynamic leadership position that will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team in a multi-site department. This assistant nurse manager role will have a strong clinical focus on the needs of the allergy, immunology and rheumatology patients. In addition to care provided in a clinic setting, we have 2 infusion centers. Some responsibilities will include patient and staff scheduling, patient and staff education, orientation, safety and process improvement initiatives and planning based on department needs. Looking for a leader with strong communication skills, critical thinking and flexibility to support and grow a culture of inclusivity.

Qualifications

Requires a BSN or matriculation in a BSN program from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 5 years or RN experience. This position is a member of the unit/service leadership team, demonstrates the ability to develop standards of care, unit/service goals, and objectives, and provides consultation and expertise in delivering patient care.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $ 83,720 - $117,208 Annually

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined byconsidering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
