Our position offers up to 40 per week, with convenient options to work 3, 12-hour shifts (7am-7 pm or 7 pm- 7 am for evening shifts) and the flexibility to work up to 50% nights per time block. Job duties:

  • Welcome and register patients with warmth and professionalism as they arrive for their appointments, ensuring their comfort and confidentiality. Verify their demographic and insurance details, ensuring accuracy, and collaborate seamlessly with our administrative team to maintain thorough and precise records.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for our patients, triaging incoming calls with care and efficiency. Assess their needs attentively, addressing concerns promptly and directing inquiries to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Uphold the highest standards of patient privacy and professionalism with every interaction.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between patients and our healthcare team. Relay essential medical information accurately and promptly as directed by our physicians and nurses, ensuring seamless access to vital patient records.
  • Manage the scheduling of procedures, follow-up appointments, and tests with precision and attention to detail. Evaluate and clarify medical information to guarantee accuracy and completeness, ensuring that every patient receives the care they need in a timely manner.

What We're Looking For:

  • A high school diploma is required, demonstrating your foundational education.
  • Bring at least 1 year of experience in either an administrative or customer service role, showcasing your ability to navigate various responsibilities with ease.
  • Showcase your knack for autonomy by demonstrating your ability to work independently, juggle multiple tasks, and effectively utilize computer systems. Preferred Skills:
  • Highlight your exceptional interpersonal skills, showing your dedication to providing top-notch customer satisfaction.
