A temporary research specialist will be recruited to carry out sleep assays in CRISPR/Cas9 knockout zebrafish models, along with molecular assays. These studies will be performed under a grant for a pharmaceutical company, Vanda.

This is a temporary position with an end date in Aug 2023.

Sleep assays of CRISPR/Cas9 knockout zebrafish 22%

Genotyping 25%

Validation of primers 8%

Maintenance of zebrafish larvae 10%

Analysis of sleep data 5%

Assisting PI with lab management activities 10%

Communicating with CHOP zebrafish core facility 5%

Analysis of Sanger sequencing data 5%
