JOB SUMMARY:

Profession: Registered Nurse

Client: Direct Client

City: South Mountain

Duration: 6 months (Extendable)

Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM / 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM. 8 hours. 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients.
• Administer medications and treatments following aseptic techniques.
• Perform procedures such as catheterizations and dialysis.
• Monitor and manage acute pain levels in patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Utilize eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems for documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience.
• Long Term Care experience required.
• Active license in PA state.
• COVID Vaccinated.
• BLS / CPR Preferred.

• Long term care: 1 year (Required)
• Registered Nurse: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• RN License (Required)
• BLS Certification (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• South Mountain, PA 17261: Relocate before starting work (Required)
