Posted Job Title Head Swim Instructor Job Profile Title Temporary Employee - Non-Exempt Job Description Summary The head swim instructor will serve as a supervisor for the swim instructor staff, complete administrative tasks for swim lessons programming, and teach swim lessons for the Penn Community. Job Description Responsibilities Program Administration - 30% Managing client data sheets Sending lesson report cards Tracking program registrations Matching clients with instructors Private Swim Lessons - 30% Assisting clients in achieving their swimming goals Meeting evaluation expectations Maintaining awareness of the pool's recreational swim hours Keeping accurate records of lessons Updating a client roster in google sheets regularly Communication - 20% Maintaining a courteous and polite demeanor Timely communication with clients Sending out a weekly swim instructor newsletter Handling swim lesson emails and inquiries Group Swim Lessons - 20% Supervising group swim lessons on Sunday mornings Assigning instructors to levels Qualifications Candidates for this position should have prior group and private lesson teaching experience.
