University of Oklahoma - Information Technology is Hiring a Clinical Nurse Coordinator Near Norman, OK
Position Overview
- Organization: Goddard
- Location: Norman Campus, Oklahoma
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm with potential for evening and weekend shifts.
- Salary Range: $48,000 - $53,000 per year, experience-dependent

- Provide medical services, general health assessments, patient care, and nursing duties
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate treatment plans and patient care
- Record patient vital signs, history, and prioritize patient care
- Offer travel health education and consultation
- Perform medical tasks such as drawing blood, collecting specimens, preparing IV treatment, EKG, ear lavage, and allergy injections
- Handle nurse phone line inquiries
- Review COVID-19 screening forms for campus returnees
- Conduct COVID-19 contact tracing
- Assist in COVID Vaccine Clinics
- Education: Associate Degree and/or accredited Nursing program graduation
- Experience: 0-24 months nursing experience
- Skills: Clear communication in English, basic math, computer proficiency, attention to detail, organizational skills, multitasking abilities
- Certifications: Oklahoma Registered Nurse license, Basic Life Support Certification
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Regular bending, stooping, reaching, pulling, and pushing
- Exposure to odors and human blood, blood products, bodily fluids, infections, or diseases
- Regular exposure to high-stress situations
- Familiarity with OU campus
- 12 months experience in a clinical setting
- Tuberculosis Testing policy applicable for final candidates
- Background Check required
