Position Summary | The Department of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine is seeking board-certified, eligible, or similarly qualified Otolaryngologist for a full-time faculty position. This is an open-rank recruitment; academic rank will be awarded at a level commensurate with experience. This physician will see Pediatric Otolaryngology patients at clinics located in Chapel Hill and Raleigh, NC, and treat disorders of the airway, ears and hearing, nasal obstruction, sinuses and neck masses. The successful candidate should have an interest in contributing to a strong clinical program in Otolaryngology with expertise in in pediatric care and have demonstrated the potential for teaching, patient care and clinical research. |
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements | MD or DO required. Must be licensed or eligible for licensure to practice medicine within the state of North Carolina. |
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience | Board eligible or board certified in Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery. Fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. |
