Position Summary
The Ackerman Center for Excellence in Sustainability (ACES) at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented student to join our team this summer. We need someone to edit and curate video and other multi-media content for an online MBA course. This person will work directly with the Professor on how to best implement sustainability frameworks and ideas effectively through video.
This full-time, temporary person may also create and distribute multimedia, audio, video, photo, infographic, motion graphic content as needed.
Project/Assignment Delivery:
  • Access to a computer is important, whether through campus computing or a personal computer.
  • Work to agreed specification, delivering project work based on the topic area(s).
  • Project Management.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under time constraints.
  • Ability to work in teams.
  • Ability to follow through and complete tasks independently once manager has set expectations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with experience in managing and prioritizing tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
While we do not have a workspace for this role, the employee can use our offices if needed when we are not in them.

  • Recent graduate of the UNC Hussman School of Journalism and Media with a focus on video and multimedia content
  • Understanding of sustainability frameworks, economic, business and policy implications for electric mobility and growth.
  • Interest and passion about sustainability.
