Litigation Paralegal
We are seeking a dedicated paralegal with highly developed research, organizational, and communications skills.
Key skills:
- Legal research and analysis
- civil discovery and litigation matters
- ability to use Relativity E-Discovery system
- Microsoft office suite
- Adobe Acrobat
- Scheduling
- Calendaring
- Writing skills
- Fluency in variety of databases and software including Westlaw, Essential Forms, and Trial Director is preferred
Description:
- Oversee discovery including propounding and preparing responses to interrogatories and document productions.
- Prepare and analyze document summaries of employment, financial, and medical records.
- Draft meet and confer letters and discovery motions.
- Prepare trial documents.
- Communicate and interview with witnesses.
- Organize and compile trial notebooks.
- Conduct legal research and cite-checking including jury verdict research for case assessment.
- Effectively interact with outside counsel, staff, and clients.
