Position Summary | The Children’s Campus is a high-qualityearly childhood education facility serving the university community. Wecurrently have 15 classrooms and serve over 200 families. The eventscoordinator will be responsible for planning conferences and special eventsthat align with the goals and mission of our program. The planning process willinclude consulting with conference or event directors or other campus personnelto establish goals, services required, facility needs and appropriate usage,and fee schedules as well as coordinating and arranging spaces, exhibits, guestaccommodations, tours, banquets, receptions, and other applicable conferenceactivities that meet the needs of the staff and attendees which includechildren, families, and staff of UNMCC. Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
