This Research Specialist I position is available in an active research lab on the cutting edge of research in areas such as reproduction and the effects of plastics on offspring, as well as other avenues. The person in this position will be responsible for breeding and taking care of mice, genotyping, tissue collections, and some molecular analysis, including isolating exosomes and RNA.
Standard hours will be from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some variation due to experiment schedule.
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Salary Range $16.23 -$18.50 per hour, depending on education and experience.
