MU Health Care is looking for a dynamic and proactive Reimbursement Specialist to join our team. We seek individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about ensuring accurate reimbursement for medical services.

The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills and can effectively liaise between various stakeholders, including faculty, residents, and third-party payors.

We value proactive problem-solvers who can identify and address issues in medical record documentation, charge capture, and coding.

If you have a bachelor's degree in a health or business-related field, coupled with three to four years of relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

A bachelor's degree in health or business related area or the equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired.

Three to four years of supervisory experience and directly related experience involving physician billing procedures is preferred.

Certified Procedural Coder is preferred.
