School of Visual Studies - College of Arts & Science part-time executive assistant
This position provides support to the chair and School of Visual Studies department. This includes interacting with faculty, staff and students.
Primary responsibilities include:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to provide exceptional customer service are skills the ideal candidate possesses.
The work week is anticipated at 28 hours per week.
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
The salary range for this position is $18.50 to $26.54 per hour. This position is not benefit-eligible.
