Job Title:
Quality Assurance Analyst-Facilities Support - Div of Physical Facilities
Job Summary:
Assist in the development and implementation of the quality assurance program; coordinates and monitors Facilities Services processes and functions. Coordinates the daily work activities of Facilities Services to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Supports and troubleshoots customer issues/concerns identified in work order satisfaction surveys. Audits and evaluates service levels of Facilities Services and reports findings directly to leadership.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in related field and one year of quality related experience require. Experience may be substituted for educational requirements. Two (2) years of supervisory/management experience preferred. Building maintenance experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Detail oriented, organized, skilled in the use of computers, database management skilled (TMS preferred), keen analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and One Note.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates with Facilities Services leadership to ensure that an appropriate quality assurance program and improvement measurement tools are designed, implemented and maintained to meet the needs of Facilities Services.
  • Assists in prioritizing service demands when appropriate.
  • Operationally checks completeness and quality of work performed by Facilities Services personnel.
  • Monitors quality improvement outcomes on a routine basis and collaborates with Facilities Services management to develop timely action plans as required to address identified issues.
  • Works in collaboration with Facilities Services leadership in training assignments based on the needs of the department.
  • Conducts initial and on-going training based on needs of the personnel.
  • Adjust schedule to work with all employees on all shifts to ensure needs are met and supported. Ability to work pre-arranged weekend, night and evening hours.
