Manages and coordinates all activities associated with appropriate and timely placement of patients within Shore Regional Health. Collaborates with Care Coordination and physicians to expedite discharges. Assists with oversight of staffing office. Supports the System and Nursing Strategic Plans. Supports Relationship-Based Care and Shared Leadership.

Currently licensed to practice registered nursing in the State of Maryland. At least 5 years of progressive nursing experience, preferably with experience in Bed Control and Management. BSN preferred. Acute care nursing experience preferred. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Must apply appropriate judgment in dealing with situations requiring confidentiality. Must be able to work independently and prioritize work. Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills.
